On the heels of a record breaking #1 album in Australia and just a few days before the official release of their sophomore album Down The Way in North America, Aussie brother/sister folk duo Angus & Julia Stone will have music prominently featured in tonight's episodes of Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice on ABC. The tracks "Hold On" and "Draw Your Swords" will be heard on Grey's Anatomy (9/8 PM CT) and "Santa Monica Dream" will be featured on Private Practice (10/9 PM CT).
