Dispatch, who are currently in rehearsals for their first national concert tour in nearly 10 years, which kicks off on June 3rd at Red Rocks Amphitheatre just outside of Denver, announced today that they will release an EP of all new music this coming Tuesday, May 17th. The EP marks the first time the band has released new music for sale in over a decade.
The self-titled EP will be available on the band’s website, www.dispatchmusic.com, through iTunes and other online retailers, and will also be available for purchase on the road during the band’s highly anticipated summer tour. The band gave fans a preview of one of the EP’s tracks, “Melon Bend,” with a rousing performance of the song on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon late last month. Watch the clip above or here.
