Grammy®-winning Mixer Chris Lord-Alge Mixes Grammy®-winning Rock Band Muse’s Official Song For The 2012 Olympics

Grammy®-winning Mixer Chris Lord-Alge has mixed Multiplatinum and Grammy-winning rock superstars Muse’s new song “Survival” which has been chosen as the official song for the upcoming 2012 London Olympic Games. The opening ceremonies for the Olympic Games are today, Friday July 27th and the IOC has just released a powerful promotional video featuring "Survival." CLA mixed several songs from the band’s forthcoming album, 2nd Law, and is very proud to be a part of the forthcoming Muse album as well as the 2012 Olympics Games!

Lord-Alge’s work can also currently be heard all over the radio with such songs as Shinedown’s #1 Active Rock song “Unity", Green Day's first single "Oh Love" from their forthcoming full-length Uno!, Matchbox 20's "She's So Mean" and Staind’s “Now.

Chris Lord-Alge Partners With Waves LTD To Introduce The CLA Classic Compressors Collection

Grammy Award winning Mixer Chris Lord-Alge is continuing his successful partnership with Waves LTD--the leading innovator of audio signal processing tools--with the introduction of the CLA Classic Compressors, four impeccable models of compressors considered as classic by audio engineers the world over.   Chris will introduce and give a live demonstration of the CLA Classic Compressors at a private event at his studio, Mix LA, in Los Angeles on July 22nd. 

Chris has previously partnered with Waves LTD with his line of signature presets for the SSL 4000 Collection, a bundle of plug-ins that precisely recreate the sonics of the legendary Solid State Logic 4000 series recording console. 

Nettwerk Producer Management Clients Stack the Deck on 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Soundtrack'

The soundtrack to perhaps the biggest movie of the summer, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, has been given a little help from some of the biggest producers and mixers in the music industry and on the Nettwerk Producer Management roster.
