CRITICAL QUOTES FOR TIDAL WAVE:

“With an elevated sense of passion and drive, Young Liars have shown that they have grown off their previous experience with their latest release... They are the kind of group that show every sign of being on the verge of breaking through.”
Earmilk

"...a terrific number that’s bound to be on heavy rotation for us this summer. ‘Young Again’ by Canadian dream pop quartet Young Liars will get stuck in your head immediately with its woozy synths, triumphant drumbeats, and crooning vocals."
- The Wild Honey Pie

“...the band is certainly due to make a splash in 2014.” - Indie Shuffle

"a heady dreamy slice of pop sweet enough to tide me over until the weather (hopefully) turns warm and sunny." - Don't Need No Melody

“…what should be a sure thing, summer anthem...” – Alt Citizen (re “Young Again”)

“…an uplifting ode to teenage romance.” – All Things Go (re “Night Window”)

Formed serendipitously, Young Liars are bassist Andrew Beck, drummer Ty Badali, keyboardist Wesley Nickel and guitarist/singer Jordan Raine. “Tidal Wave is about passion,” says Jordan Raine, “how it defines you and how it can destroy you and how sometimes it is so worthwhile you can't help but stick to it, no matter what it means.” Watch the Nathan Boey directed music video for the single, “Night Window,” here.
