New York Post Premieres New Video From The Weepies For "Be My Thrill"

The New York Post's PopWrap has just exclusively premiered the first video for the title track from The Weepies' brand new album Be My Thrill, out August 31.  The video, gorgeously animated by illustrator Lauren Brier, is the perfect accompaniment to the band's wistful, acoustic-pop harmonies. Says the Post's Ryan Brockington: "Deb Talan and half Steve Tannen, the couple that make up The Weepies, are so perfectly suited to one another, it's as if their voices fit together like a lock and key. 'This is the most fun we’ve had making a record,' says Deb. 'We took as much time as we needed at every step, and taking that pressure off made the whole thing a little lighter.' Hey Deb, in my opinion, this record is more scrumptious than a buttery croissant and there is nothing light about that!
