Indie folk rockers Admiral Fallow will join their fellow Scottsmen Frightened Rabbit for five dates in Australia, starting April 30th at The Hi-Fi Sydney.   The band will perform songs from their latest critically-acclaimed album Tree Bursts In Snow, as well as songs from their debut album Boots Met My Face.  Check out the band's Facebook page for more information and tickets.

Louis Abbott, frontman for critically acclaimed Scottish quintet Admiral Fallow, will be in New York City for Scotland Week 2013, and he's taking the opportunity to perform an intimiate solo show of Admiral Fallow material on Monday, April 8 at Rockwood Music Hall (stage 2). Admiral Fallow have just released a new music video for the track "Isn't This World Enough" from their sophomore album Tree Bursts In Snow.  The video plays much like a tour diary, including footage from their travels across the UK and US over the past two of years. 

The song also acts as the title track to Nettwerk's yearly holiday album; Isn't This World Enough: A Nettwerk Christmas is out November 20th.

Nettwerk Music Group is thrilled to announce that Scottish indie folk/rock quintet Admiral Fallow has been nominated for an award in the category of “Best 'Difficult' Second Album” in the UK’s AIM Independent Music Awards.  The nominees are chosen by various movers and shakers in the music industry (see the list here).  The awards will take place at London's The Brewery on October 29th and will be hosted by BBC Radio 1’s Huw Stephens and BBC 6Music’s Steve Lamacq. The evening is set to be the most important event of the year for independent music in UK!

Admiral Fallow are continuing to tour in support of their sophmore effort, Tree Bursts In Snow. The band launches the North American leg of their tour this Saturday, September 29 in Chicago, IL as part of the Celtic Connections Festival (full list of tour dates are below).

Scottish quintet Admiral Fallow have announced details regarding their first ever North American tour, which starts Saturday, September 29 in Chicago, IL and wraps on Saturday, October 20 in Chapel Hill, NC. The band will also appear at Filter Magazine’s Culture Collide Festival, alongside artists like of Montreal, Junip and The Wombats.

The band recently unveiled a new video for “Guest Of The Government,” a track from their critically acclaimed sophomore album and Nettwerk debut Tree Bursts In Snow. The single, along with B-side and previously unreleased track “Concrete Oaths,” will be released in iTunes on September 4, 2012.

Scottish quintet Admiral Fallow kicked off their European tour last week in suport of the upcoming release of their sophomore album Tree Bursts In Snow, out May 22 (digital) and June 26 (physical).  The band will be keeping their fans in the loop from the road as they post weekly tour updates on their website. Scottish quintet Admiral Fallow have unveiled their first official video for “The Paper Trench” from forthcoming sophomore album Tree Bursts In Snow, available digitally on May 22 and physically on June 26. The video, which premiered yesterday on PasteMagazine.com (here: http://bit.ly/JIHT62), was directed by Greg Davenport, filmed in Glasgow and Loch Lomond, and follows the touching journey of a tree man as he uproots himself from his dingy and polluted metropolis home and makes his way through the city to a greener and more peaceful dwelling.
