The Weepies recently announced a 2011 Acoustic Summer Tour of the US, which starts August 17 in Los Angeles at TheTroubadour. This is the follow up to their sold-out 2010 tour in support of their latest critically-acclaimed album, Be My Thrill. Folk-pop duo The Weepies recently premiered a new video for the track "Red Red Rose" from their latest full-length release Be My Thrill. The critically acclaimed album debuted last year in the top 40 of the Billboard Top 200, as well as in the top 10 of the Digital Album Chart and #3 on the Folk Chart. The Weepies' have released another video, this time for the track "Same Changes," featured exclusively in Paramount Pictures' film Morning Glory starring Rachel McAdams, Harrison Ford and Diane Keaton. The film was written by Aline Brosh McKenna and directed by Roger Michell. The video combines scenes from the film with the heart-warming animation that Weepies' fans have come to expect from the folk duo's visuals. This one even includes an animated version of Rachel McAdams' Morning Glory character! Check it out above.
